Description
You are bidding on a RARE copy of Metallica Bang a Gong album. It has never been played. I purchased some albums from a collector back in 1989. After standing up in my closet for the the last two decades, I too need money.
I pulled out the album in response to a question about the label. I added the pictures of the label/album. I do not understand the label. The songs do not match any Metallica songs I ever heard of. I have no turntable to play it to find out. I have no reason to believe I was duped by the person I bought this from, so I have to assume this is what came in the cover. After looking at other copies of this album, I noticed that the labels are either blank, or simply have hand written side A or side B on them. It is very likely that the label on mine was slapped on just to have a side A and B attached, as well as a real looking label on it. I do not have a working turntable, but I suspect that it indeed contains the Metallica music listed on the album cover. However, I would not have a 100% rating if I ever listed anything other than the best I can.
I Googled Incredible Metallic Hammersmiths and Chromium Plated Jewelry (see picture of label) and got nothing. I do not read German, and therefore do not know what the German says on the label either.
The songs listed on the actual record are:
Side A:
Steel Riff
Chromium Plated Nipples
Brainstorm A Go-Go
The Hangman Quartett
Death Makes Angels of Us All
Side B:
Smooth as Ravens Claws
Iron Cock
Galvanized Headbangers
Puppets to the Front!
The Beauty of an Axe
According to the album cover, all tracks are recorded live in Bradford UK on 26-9-88. Produced by Thorwald Bear for Iron Cock Records Ltd. Distributed by GAVLANIZED HEADBANGER Enterprises, London. However, I can not attest to anything at the moment because I have no turntable.
I am listing other rare albums today. Including:
A rare Metallica picture disk that looks like a demon
A rare Mettalica album Sanitorium with nude cover on back
A limited edition of Metalica's album We'll Nail You Down (With a Mad Max looking woman on the front with nudity)
