RARE ODDBALL ROCK ‘N’ ROLL  45: KRACK POTTS Theme From the Krack Potters Suite

NOBLE 45-714: Theme From the Krack Potters Suite/All I Need is Your Love. Obscure (not listed on eBay, discogs or 45cat, but it was on an old John Tefteller rare records auction list) and off-kilter rocker! Lead singer with vocal group, c. 1958-59; guitar solo on Theme. The singer sings with what sounds like a Scandinavian or some sort of European accent on All I Need is Your Love, and seems to be mocking black mannerisms on the hard-rocking Theme, which has doo-wop-style backing. VG with surface wear and light scuffs. Listen to mp3 on soundcloud.

Noble Records was based in Charlotte, N.C., and owned by Jimmie Moore, according to The R&B Indies. Among its other releases was a rare black doo-wop 45s by The Tabs.

GRADING: LPs, EPs and 45s are graded M (mint), NM (near mint), VG+, VG (very good), VG-, G+, G (good), G-, F (fair), and P (poor).
A VG+ record may have some visible scuffs and light scratches and plays well with little surface noise. Scratches on records graded VG and VG- may be deep enough to feel with your fingernail, or there may be scuffs or scratches throughout that cause surface noise. On records in the G+, G and G- range the level of the music is still above the surface noise caused by scuffs and scratches. Surface noise is as loud as the music on records graded F and louder than the music on P records. P records are likely to be unplayable.
