RARE OG 1968 Bedford-Stuyvesant Youth In Action Talent Hunt Winners YIA LP
Vinyl: Visual EX, probably played less than 10 times based on the look of the vinyl. A rare gem that was very recently dug from a large collection that was stored in a climate controlled location for decades. I played the record on a decent system and the only background noise comes from the fidelity of the recording itself. I would grade it audibly as a VG+ due to the amateur recording of the acts. But the music is incredible. As a lover of R&B myself, it is hard to part with this one, because I know that I will never find another OG copy. There have been less than 10 for sale on the internet EVER! Here is a rare chance to pick up this “Holy Grail” R&B/Soul piece of from a unique time in music and history. Vinyl cleaned on a VPI HW-17.
Cover VG, original owner put a name sticker on the front cover. Light 3” split in the center of the bottom seam, blue pen marks on the bottom left, moderate storage wear elsewhere, inner sleeve has been replaced with a rice paper/poly sleeve.
