Description
Hard-to-find WHITE LABEL PROMO LP from The Children titled "Rebirth" issued by Atco (33-271) in 1968. Psychedelic pop/rock group originated from Texas. Album features 10 tracks with a wide range of dynamics from soft flower-power/pop-psych to complex minor key acid dementia. Lots of haunted male/female vocals with notable female vocalist Cassell Webb providing spooky background voice when not taking the lead. Fantastic relic from our favorite era.

Labels are in VG++/EXCELLENT condition. Vinyl record is in VG+ condition with a few light hairline paper scuffs and some light sleeve spots. Plays with some background vinyl crackling most noticeable at beginning of sides becoming quieter and more sporadic as record plays on. Never overbearing...excellent fidelity...still sounds great! Cover is in VG+ condition with wear at corners, some edgewear, some surface wear, DJ/promo sticker on front, has moisture stain and curling at lower right corner, 1-inch split at lower right corner.
