Description
Here's the 5 Jets DJ Special 45 on the DeLuxe label recorded 9/54 and released 12/20/54. This group was previously known as the Thrillers (BigTown & Thrillers labels) but changed their name when they went to DeLuxe. It's a really strong glossy VG+ with a couple minor marks; just shy of a ++. As you can see, DJ #'s on both sides.
I included a copy I have of the Thrillers 78 that was issued in Detroit on Thrillers in '53. Somehow the master was sold to Big Town in Calif.
Cuts are Please Love Me Baby b/w Down Slow. Deadwax matrix no's are: c-2-45 -160 -1 and c-2- 45-161-1.
Every record I sell is 100% Guaranteed Original! No boots, repros, or polished records. All from an old and well cared for East Coast collection.
Please bid with confidence, I've been collecting R&B records since 1966.
