Description
This is an original 1st UK vinyl pressing of the classic Rolling Stones album - Sticky Fingers Features the original 'working zip' sleeve and the insert On The Rolling Stones' own label ref COC 59100 Matrices are A4//B4 (stamped) then hand etched 'T.M.L Rolling Stones Records' The Record: i have test played this all the way through using decent stereo equipment - great audio throughout - Side 1: EX Theres light crackle at the start of Wild Horses but otherwise fine Side 2: VG Theres some crackle and snaps on I got the blues and the quieter parts of sister morphine and Dead Flowers - definitely no jumps though Visually there are a few light surface marks Labels are clean and free from marks / writing though do have some spindle wear The Insert - Nr mint Inner Sleeve: Plain White, slightly yellowed and creased if it matters...Patent No 1,125,555 Main outer sleeve: VG/EX - Mainly because the flaps at the top are slightly creased. No Ringwear. Spine nicely readable and mainly square though slightly flattenned at th very top. a couple of very light hairlines at the front left Bottom spine has a little shelfwear...a couple of small dents on the backside too (so to speak) Tracks are as follows Brown Sugar Sway Wild Horses Can't You Hear Me knocking You Gotta Move Bitch I Got the Blues Sister morphine Dead Flowers Moonlight Mile PLEASE NOTE - Postage is based on UK Recorded Delivery PLEASE ASK for overseas postage before bidding as there are some countries I will not post to
I use the Record Collector Grading Criteria which is as follows: Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as sealed or unplayed should be Mint. Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing. Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
