Description
You are bidding on a VERY RARE SUN Jerry Lee Lewis 78 record with Sun Documentation. The record is #288 Breathless and Down The Line. The COA has the Sun logo and pictures of Jerry Lee, Elvis, Carl Perkins, Johhny Cash, Roy Orbison and one other fellow. I believe it is Rufus Thomas. The Certificate says:
Be it certified on this 6th day of September 1990 an original pressing of The Record Sun # 288 (78 RPM) was removed from the vaults of Sun International, and sold to Alma Vick (my mom) Verified by the undersigned Shelby S, Singleton President of Sun International.
To the best of my knowledge this record has never been played and is in the original condition after pressing. My mom bought a few 78's and dozens of 45's with the same documentation. She was an avid Jerry Lee Lewis fan and bought just about everything imaginable where the Killer is concerned. She passed away 7 years ago and I've finally gotten the courage to sell them all. I'll be listing many records both 78 and 45's in the immediate future with the same Sun documents. She left me 8000 45's and 4000 LP's and I'm letting them all go. If you're looking for something, there's a good chance I've got it. I am not a dealer and will be starting the prices low and let the records do the talking.
