PLEASE READ THIS. I do my best with pictures and describing everything about the record. I am selling  from my personal collection that I have been gathering for over 25 years and understand how important quality is to me so I would never sell an item I thought was in bad shape (unless I state otherwise).If you are unsure and need more pictures or have any questions PLEASE contact me BEFORE END OF AUCTION

Hard To Come By and Still Sealed Original Private Pressing Of 

Ted Lucas (Detroit Folk Scene) LP

Record label: CBL Archive Cat.# 701 Year~1970

The condition of the Vinyl is Sealed no idea of the condition of the vinyl..I would normally say Mint/Near Mint because it's still sealed, but I don't have any idea because of the dance to the cover

The Jacket is in Poor/Fair condition with a good amount of water damage, but still pretty much still intact except the bottom/back of it (see up-close pic.)

I have lowered the asking price by half because of the damage to cover

It's a bummer that there is some old water damage to the jacket, but still a cool and very hard to come by album...if you don't mind some damage on the cover to be able to get your hands on a rare LP then this ones for you...The vinyl might be perfectly fine/mint, but I have no idea...sold as is!

I take my time and pack very safely with all the edges of the Box fully taped with "Fragile" and "Handle With Care" on it
