Description

Up for auction is this 16" 33-1/3 rpm transcription disc. This is Sleepy Joe. A popular children's program in its day but not "politically correct" by today's standards. Jimmy Scribner plays the title character who relates the famous Uncle Remus stories to his juvenile target audience. This disc contains 2 audition programs. One of them is a special Christmas audition.
Warning: This disc may be offensive to some people due to what may be perceived as racially degrading dialect.

This disc will not play on a standard record player. Special equipment is required.
