I'm grading this record  on each side but overall by visual inspection i'm grading it VG++
There is an adapter in the center of the record
On she loves you side I cant see any scratches and almost no scuffing
The label is also in excellent shape

On the I'll get you side I cant see any scratches and almost no scuffing
The label is also in excellent shape

The picture sleeve is in fairly good shape I'd rate it VG
On side a (see picture) on the bottom left there is what appears to be a small water spot, ot the top is a small tear smaller than 1/4 inch

On side b there is a 1/8 in tear at the right seam
both sides show normal ring wear but nothing that takes away from its appearance

Heres How I Rate The records I Sell

A plus sign means its real close to the next level up in condition

M = Mint:
I would only list as mint if the record is new in sealed package

NM = Near Mint:
The record shows no scratches or scuffs and the label is very readable (like new)

VG+ = Very Good +:
Will show some signs that it was played but well cared for
Record surfaces may show some slight signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect its playing
The label may have some ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable

VG = Very Good:
Will have heavier scuffs and more pronounced scratches but hard to feel with your fingernail
Mild Surface noise will be evident upon playing
Label may have writing or staining but still be readable

G = Good:
Good will still be playable but may have deeper scratches you can feel with a fingernail
Label may be in poor shape but mostly readable
