You're looking at a NEAR MINT 2 LP set from the band The Ataris of their Welcome the Night album - See photos for tracklisting.
I bought this album at my local record store in Dayton, OH, when they were going out of business back in 2009.
It was brand new, but the shrinkwrap was torn and falling off of it as it had been sitting at the store for over a year. I put the records into plastic sleeves, never listened to it and stored it vertically on my shelf.
The sleeve has some wear, as it was sitting around the store with partial shrinkwrap. Check out the corners and the vinyl impression on the front of the cover in the photos I've included.
