RARE! EXCELLENT condition!!!  The Beatles "MEET THE BEATLES" on the black with colorband Capital label (T 2047), 1964, original Mono pressing! Tan "BEATLES" title on the cover. Superb analogue in glorious monophonic sound as this landmark album is supposed to be heard! Thick analogue vinyl that captures staggering musical bliss as John Lennon belts "I WANT TO HOLD YOUR HAND" and "IT WON'T BE LONG," and George Harrison's "DON'T BOTHER ME" resounds with deep waves of dark rhythm. Dead wax matrix numbers: T1-2047-P15 and T2-2047-P25 X2.
Make no mistake, you will hear heart-stopping analogue sound that--in my view-- is by far better than anything produced by analogue giants such as Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs (MFSL). This powerhouse will sound-off like a .44 Magnum set to speakers.
MINT- vinyl!!! VERY clean with just a couple of insignificant surface marks.
VERY STRONG VG+++ (some would say MINT-) cover!!! No real imperfections to speak of that stand out, except very slight age coloration on the white edge areas of the upper front and on theback, and teeny-tiny frays on the bottom edge.
