Description
Here is a RARE classic vintage roots of rock n roll album from my collection offered up for sale: The 1958 album by piano rocker "Jerry Lee Lewis" released in 1958 by Sun Records LP 1230 Mono, this is a 1st pressing is on heavy weight rigid 1950's style vinyl, this pressing has a high book value (up to $300), is valued for it's rarity and historical contribution rather than it's audio quality, but it still plays and the bright music comes through, RARE collectable!
The vinyl grades VG, is clean and glossy, has many faint sleeve marks, some light marks and a couple small heavier feel-able marks on each side, has been PLAY TESTED! Plays through from start to finish with no skips or jumps, has some light noise, clear sound with errant pops, still an enjoyable listen! The heavy weight cover rates EX, is clean, has bright red color with gloss, excellent portraits of Jerry with no ring wear, the edges are excellent with minimal wear, no splits, no tape, binder edge solid and readable, no signatures or writing, back has a bit of light wear to color, very light fade near edges. Will be shipped in a protective plastic outer sleeve inside a secure record mailing box with tracking number. Vinyl will be shipped in paper sleeve outside cover to prevent cover splits.
