Link to ALL items!
- The mega rare -- DISCO FUNK 12" -- by the LENNY BAILEY ORCHESTRA.
- Tracks are DO IT WITH ME (ANYTHING YOU FEEL) (5:40) (with the matrix etchings REN ROME-109-A-DISCO) + DO IT WITH ME (ANYTHING YOU FEEL) (5:15) (with the matrix etchings REN ROME-109-DISCO-B)!!
- Private PROMOTIONAL release on REN ROME RECORDS (R-109; NEW YORK, USA).
- Co-produced by RENA FEENEY and BILLY NICHOLS -- strings arrangement by LENNY BAILEY and CARL C. ECTOR -- segue mix by RENE HEWITT.
- Here is some interesting information about the date of release: 1) The 45 version (as found on Discogs) has the date of 1976 on the labels -- 2) The various 12" versions all seem to have the 1977 date scratched out as if it was an error -- 3) The NOV 25 1980 date stamps found on the labels and cover of this copy seem to suggest a completely different release date other than 1976 or 1977.
- Shiny vinyl is a strong VG+ (with a few light hairlines and some faint scuffings here and there); labels are VG (includes the promo stamp PROMOTION COPY 289-5989 on each side, the date-stamp of NOV 25 1980 on each side, some various hand-written markout corrections probably done by REN ROME, and a the number 1 written on one side); original white generic cover is VG- (includes several LENNY BAILEY PROMOTION COPY 289-5989 promo stamps, several NOV 25 1980 date stamps, and some miscellaneous written notes).
- Listen to EXTENDED clip!
