  • 1976 private release on MUSIC AMERICA INTERNATIONAL/MAI INTL (4001 C BW; NEW YORK, USA).
  • Shiny HIGH-GLOSS vinyl is visually VG and VG+ (for some scratchings that do not affect overall sound -- see clip!); labels are VG and VG+ (each side with a date stamp and some writing).
