This is a rare and original psych THE SEARCH PARTY "Montgomery Chapel" 1968 LP (US, CENTURY REC 32013). Cover / record = EX- / EX-.  

I am going to put a reserve on this one!  It is UNBELIEVABLY SCARCE, BEAUTIFUL CONDITION and EXTREMELY SOUGHT AFTER!!!  It would be a VERY PRIZED ITEM in anybody's collection!!!
