Description
Pianistic Philosophies - 5 LP Vinyl Box Set , SLS 868
A Rather Rare Vinyl Box Set - 1974 EMI
John Ogdon with Brenda Lucas
With the famous Dog and Gramophone ' His Masters Voice ' logo on the record centre label
Music by Britten / Dukas / Dutilleux / Lloyd / Messiaen / Ogdon / Schmitt etc. performed by Ogdon / Lucas.
An absolute collectors item for the John Ogdon fan, this box set is complete with the booklet intact and 5 near mint perfect 12' vinyl LP's.
The box is showing signs of wear and handling on the outside especially around the corners and some edges, though it still functions superbly in binding and protecting the records inside, which as noted above are in near mint condition.
Not being a classical fan or that of the Piano, i can not inform you greatly about the music covered, but those of you looking at this now, will know what its all about !
I hope the photos show this is a fine collection, and please add it to yours and enjoy it more then i ever will.
Thanks for your time and having a look
Please feel free to make an overly large bid or offer should you wish ???? ???? ????
