Description

Rashied Ali Quintet

Survival

SR-102 (Stereo - Compatible Quad)

Great free jazz LP by RASHIED ALI, also featuring JAMES BLOOD ULMER, EARL CROSS, BOB RALSTON and JOHN DANA.
The jacket shows some wear with scuffing in the dark areas of the front and the white back shows some age yellowing around the edges. There is some fraying on the edges and corners and a tiny 1/2" split on the bottom right. Visual inspection of the record shows light scratching and scuffing on both sides. Playing the record, I found most surface noise to be evident on the quiet sections where just the bass was playing. The spindle hole was very tight on my turntable. Check out the scans
