Description
RAUNCH -- ex. rare, original mid-1960's U.S. promotional poster, size: 11"x17", for obscure Westchester, N.Y. band who put out the mindblowing Fuzz-Garage monster 45 "A Little While Back/I Say You're Wrong" on Bazaar Records (check out "A Little While Back" on YouTube if you don't know it.) No date indicated on poster but it's likely from 1966 when "A Little While Back" was released. Poster shows B&W photo of these 4 snotty young teen ravers w/ their guitars and drumsticks, plus the enigmatic tagline below "Modified Rock and Roll At Its Best." What do they mean by "Modified Rock & Roll," I wonder ...?? Posters like this for mid-1960's Garage bands are very hard to come by. Condition: VG++/VG+++, light fade marks at very bottom left corner, light stains at very bottom right corner, light wear upper right corner; poster has never been displayed, no creases or folds, no pinholes or tape marks, excellent condition overall. Poster will be sent rolled in a heavy cardboard tube, very securely packaged and insured.
