Limited Edition 1983 Release!
This is a Limited Edition copy of The Talking Heads' "Speaking in Tongues" album.
Robert Rauschenberg (American Artist 1925-2008) created the cover for the limited-edition version of The Talking Heads' "Speaking in Tongues" album. The record was larger than the regular album and was issued in a large plastic clamshell case with three movable discs. Rauschenberg received a Grammy Award for his work on the album cover.
This album still has the original factory shrink wrap (torn) and has never been played. There are no cracks, dents, or bends in the plastic clamshell case, there is slits in the shrink wrap on the top of the album.
