ON TO A FEW WEEKS WORTH OF 45s OF VARIOUS TYPES!! This is a reasonably priced ORIGINAL 1967 U.S. UNITED ARTISTS RECORDS WHITE LABEL PROMO 45 containing the Latin boogaloo tunes titled 'Do You Dig It?'/Happy Birthday Everybody' from veteran Latin percussionist Ray Barretto and his combo. It is United Artists Records U.S. catalog number UA 50176, white label promo copy with black print, with two inscriptions to that effect on the record labels, one of which does not appear in my accompanying listing. Condition of record is a high VG with some surface marks, none of which can be felt and none of which affect play, and a very few light surface scratches which can be felt and which cause a few very slight scattered ticks, no skips - Record plays through very nicely at a mid to high VG+ level with a little bit of light scattered surface noise and the aforementioned few very slight ticks. Labels have some contact wear, no other real problems. This scarce 45 would be a super addition to any Latin boogaloo or salsa 45 record collection!
