One of his Northern Soul offerings, here's a stunning original 1966 UK first issue copy of this great tune from RAY CHARLES with "I CHOSE TO SING THE BLUES" on the UK HMV imprint # POP 1551 and backed with "HOPELESSLY".
This copy plays superbly throughout with top audible quality and remains in mint minus condition with the barest hint of crackle on the run-in and run-out groove and with the lightest of surface sleeve rubs not affecting play. It has the 4-prong centre intact and the labels are very clean on both sides other than a "factory sample" sticker applied to the 'B' side and with barely any sign of spindle wear. Paired with an original company paper sleeve making this a top copy for the DJ or collector (see picture scans).
The record has been play graded and is from my personal collection that I'm downsizing so why not check out my other listings for more great sounds.
