RAY SMITH - TRAVELIN' with RAY - Judd 701.

SUPER SCARCE ORIGINAL 1ST PRESS.

A great rockin' LP with Elvisy vocals, from this Rockabilly singer who recorded on Sun Records, and moved to Judd Records of Atlanta, where he had a hit with "Rockin' Little Angel". Judd Records was related to Sun Records in that the label was owned by Judd Phillips, brother of Sam Phillips of Sun. 

Front cover has a great color photo of Ray sitting in front of his tour bus. 

NOTE - the 1st 2 photos with this listing each show a different portion of the front cover. (Done on a scanner, so no room for the entire cover at time!). 

The vinyl is VG+, just a few light scratches & scuffs.

The cover has a small surface scrape at the lower left corner, and is otherwise VG++, with no seam splits or creases. 

There is a handstamp at the top of the back cover which actually adds to the value of this item: "CHARLIE TERRELL. Personal Mgr. of Ray Smith, Sikeston, Missouri".
