RAYMOND SCOTT QUINTET - 5 78's ON MASTER LABEL SET LIMITED EDITION
- I believe that these 78's were part of a book set but unfortunately the book is not available. The recordings were issued in 1957 although recorded in 1948. There are program notes on each side of the record describing the recording as written by Raymond Scott. Titles are "Singing In The Rain" b/w "A Street Corner In Paris". "Tiger Rag" b/w "Snake Woman". "Song Of India" b/w "Ectoplasm". "Bird Life In The Bronx" b/w "Dinah". "Sometimes I'm Happy" b/w "Dedicatory Piece to the crew & passengers of Ist experimenta Rocket express to the Moon"!
