LEOPOLD STOKOWSKI RHAPSODIES on RCA LIVING STEREO LSC-2471...Shaded Dog/ Red Seal...original 1961 pressing.  Stampers show 2s / 6s in the wax.  Performed by the RCA VICTOR SYMPHONY, Produced by Peter Dellheim and Recorded by Engineer Robert Simpson.  Tracks include the following:

LISZT - Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2 in C-Sharp Minor

ENESCO - Roumanian Rhapsody No. 1 IN A, Op 11

SMETANA - The Moldau, The Bartered Bride: Overture

CONDITION =

COVER is VG+ with no seam splits or promo cut corners.  Front Cover has the "Wizard Work At" sticker on front right in excellent shape.  Very slight ring wear as is shown in pictures...plenty of gloss and vivid colors to front slick.  Back slick is clear and legible...very slight signs of age and one purple rubber stamped G in upper right corner.  Spine is legible and has no splits but shows some age as does the top and bottom of cover....corner show some age as well.  Overall the cover is a strong VG+.

VINYL is VG+ with plenty of gloss and shine...cleaned on a VPI record cleaning machine.  Shows very little signs of paper scuffs.  Play graded at VG+.

     Side One shows one mark that does not cause any jumps or skips...can barely hear a tick during Enesco's Roumanian Rhapsody.  Rest is mark free and plays clear and loud with very little background sounds only noticible during quite parts.

     Side Two shows two marks that does not jump or skip...but does sound with a slight tick during first part of Smetana's Bartered Bride and then again later on.  Rest is very glossy and play grades at VG+ with very bold and clear sounds...very light background noise during quite parts.
