Description
RCA LSC 2225, Witches’ Brew, Alexander Gibson, New Symphony Orchestra of London (1958) 3s/1s Indianapolis pressing. This is NOT a reissue – it is the original 50+ year old first pressing. This copy WAS SEALED when I found it. I opened it to check the pressing, and I have since played it about 3 times. It plays perfectly. This is one of the best and rarest of all the RCA living stereo LPs. Recorded in England, the sound and ambiance are spectacular. It has a very wide and deep sound-stage with big dynamics. The vinyl surfaces are clean, glossy and quiet with NO pops, clicks, or skips. There are NO scuff marks or pressing defects that I can detect. It is essentially a new copy and plays beautifully. The vinyl grading is NM, and the labels are extremely clean (see photos). The jacket is also extremely clean, but has TWO HOLES PUNCHED in the upper left corner (see photos). In summary, this is a virtually new copy of this wonderful golden age recording. Feel free to return for full refund if not completely satisfied. Shipping is free anywhere in the continental US. Outside of the US, buyer pays shipping through eBay's international shipping program.
