Description

RCA Thesaurus #ST-782. Early 1960's  LP of cool radio production commercial jingles featuring S-P-E-L-L Effects and Sound Effects. Great for mix tapes! Locked groove. Vinyl has been VPI cleaned & is in VG+ condition.   Includes the original company sleeve.

RCA Thesaurus, a brand owned by RCA Victor, was a supplier of electrical transcriptions. Electrical transcriptions (ET) are special phonograph recordings made exclusively for radio broadcasting. They provided material - from station-identification jingles and commercials to full-length programs - for use by local stations, which were affiliates of one of the radio networks. Physically ET's look much like long-playing records.
