This record is in excellent condition. It has only a few spindle marks visible on each label and there are no pen marks, stains or scuffs anywhere. The centres show minimal wear and overall the labels are clean, bright and in great shape with no major issues to report.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are very clean overall with no major scratches or marks but some faint sleeve marks visible when angled in normal light. There is also some very minor superficial 'mottling' to the edge of side 2 and a hint on side 1. These light issues and some some minor wispy lines show under very bright light but there is again nothing remotely sinister or nasty. The record has no serious scuffs, nasty marks or blemishes and has a lovely gloss but has the light signs of use and minor sleeve scuffs as I say.
I play tested the record and it played really well and sounded superb throughout. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is just a very minor amount of upward movement noticeable in the record arm. The sound produced is of high quality with little to no surface noise audible. There was the most minimal trace of surface noise in the run in but virtually nothing during the audio with even the very mellow parts crisp and clear. There are no skips, sticks, clicks or pops and overall it was a pleasure to play test and it produced audio of great quality and excellent clarity throughout.
The sleeve is in near mint condition. It has minimal wear and rubbing to the edges and corners(pics), and there are of course no splits anywhere. The writing along the spine is all clearly legible and the sleeve as a whole is still rock solid. There are no tears, scuffs or pen marks anywhere and little to no creasing. There is no severe fading but there is a faint ring mark showing on the rear and a touch of light signs of age. This is minor however and overall the sleeve is clean, bright and in great shape. I have tried to describe the sleeve as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.
It contains its original lyrics inner which is in very good condition with no tears or pen marks and minimal creasing. It does unfortunately have a 3" to one of the side edges. I will therefore send the record in a brand new plain white replacement.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
