REFUNDS:
In any cases where items are received damaged we will raise a claim with our courier company. However please note that any glass or electrical items are not covered by our courier company and therefore are non refundable.
All our items are marked with an indelible pen and we would request that any items that are no longer required / damaged to please be sent back to us at the buyers cost where we will then check the item and issue a refund where we see fit. We pride ourselves on our honesty and will be fair in all situations if you have any queries please just ask.
