1 RECORDED MAXELL UD 35-90 7" REEL-TO-REEL TAPE - BOB DYLAN LIVE AT FARM AID w/TOM PETTY & THE HEARTBREAKERS, 9/22/85 - EXCELLENT SOUND, TAPE LIKE NEW!!!
This used 7" reel of Maxell UD 35-90 tape contains Bob Dylan's live performance on 9/22/85 at the first Farm Aid concert, backed by Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers.
There are two copies of the material on the reel, from two different sources. One recording, an original master, was taken directly from a live stereo FM simulcast of the event. The second version was recorded from a dual mono feed from cable television during the same live broadcast. Both versions were recorded onto the reel in half-track mode at 7 1/2 ips.
The tape are being sold used for re-recording. It is up to the buyer to erase the contents.
The reel of tape is in beautiful, like-new condition and includes the full leader tape. It has only been recorded once and was never played back except to check the integrity of the recording. (It was made to preserve archival copies.)
Since the recording was made, the reel has been inside the original protective poly bag it came packaged in, inside its original album box which is also in excellent, almost like new condition. The album box was stored vertically on shelving in a temperature controlled environment for the last 33 years.
The original sheet of Maxell branded label stickers that came with the tape is still in the boxes as well.
