Description

Immaculate, investment-grade copy of the great LP "Red In Bluesville" by RED GARLAND. Super-clean, NM copy! LP was released in 1958 on the Prestige Records label with catalogue number 7157. Deep-groove; Bergenfield, NJ address on label; RVG stamped in inner groove!!!
PERSONNEL: RED GARLAND (piano); SAM JONES (bass); ARTHUR TAYLOR (drums).  Recorded by the legendary RUDY VAN GELDER ; back cover liner notes by BOB SNEAD. 
TRACKS: "He's A Real Gone Guy", "See See Rider", "M Squad", "That's Your Red Wagon", "Trouble In Mind", "St. Louis Blues."  GOLDMINE STANDARD GRADING (VISUAL): NM/M-. Vinyl is extraordinary!  - Looks brand new in every respect; super shiny, no marks; yellow & black deep-groove Prestige labels with their Bergenfield, NJ address look new; colours still crisp; spindle hole appears untouched. RVG stamped in inner groove, too. Really, the LP looks like it was pressed yesterday. No joke. Without doubt, the most solid copy I've ever seen of this LP --- or, am likely to ever see again. Jacket is a solid NM -- super tight with nothing notable or significant in terms of wear; no ringwear; seams are clean, tight and reveal next to zero wear; only the most minor hints of storage wear. Looks nearly new! Cool Prestige picture-inner-sleeve is MINT -- unsullied by rips, tears, or even the standard yellowing following exposure. My guess is that this LP was maybe played once, if that. NICE!!!
