Side 1/Side 2: Weak VG+: Some faint surface scuffs & scratches, one slightly feelable scratch on between B1 and B2, some minor surface noise in parts, still plays nice.
Label: Yellow/Black. "PRESTIGE RECORDS, Inc., 203 South Washington Ave., Bergenfield, N.J." No Deep Groove.
Matrix: "RVG" machine stamp on both sides.

Sleeve Grading: Very Good (VG)

Front/Back: Tape on top and spine, edge & spine & corner wear, some scuffs, writing on back, stain on back.
