Description
I use the Goldmine Record Grading standard, and since I have no means of playback, I will give a detailed description, and undergrade, rather than overgrade. My intention is to make certain that if anything, the buyer is either satisfied, or pleasantly surprised that the record is in slightly better condition than my grade described it to be. I use boxes specifically designed to ship 12" vinyl albums.

Both the cover and the disc are most definitely in VG+ condition, and the dust cover is also very good, with no rips tears, or splits. The album has a few visible, but minor scratches, that don't appear to be severe enough to impede playback. You can count them all one hand, but they are there. They only seem to exist on one side by the way. The side that has the words "Red House Painters" on it has no scuff marks, or scratches, that I can find. It looks as though it may have never been played, but I can't prove that. All of the 4 or 5 scuff, and light scratch marks, are on the opposite side.
The cover is in VG+ condition with only slightly visible, limited ring wear. There are no splits in the seam, and the artist and album name are easily readable along the bottom edge.
The label is perfect condition with no scratches around the center hole, marks, or rips.
