1967 uk Columbia Demo DB-8160. M-. Here is a brilliant near mint barely played original 1967 Demo first pressing of this excellent uk 45 by the 'Red Squares'. Stock copies of this single sold poorly and so rarely surfaces for sale, this mega-rare original 67 Demo issue is even harder to find. With this listing i have provided complete MP3s of both sides, these MP3s were taken directly from the vinyl. The pictures are of the actual 45 for sale. Please check out my other items!.
CONDITION = M-
Both sides of the vinyl have that brilliant just pressed sheen and so look as new, there are no surface marks, scuffs or scratches at all, you will only see a couple of extremely faint very top surface paper traces caused by the vinyl being removed and replaced from the record sleeve, these can only be seen in very harsh light and obviously have no affect on play. This 45 has only ever had just two or three careful plays in 43 years, both tracks play and sound excellent throughout with a brilliant clean and clear sound quality with no loud clicks or pops and no annoying loud background crackle. The red/white Demo labels are perfect. The Columbia records paper sleeve is in very good condition having two small rips around the centre hole of the front.
If you collect rare Mod-Psych & Freakbeat 45s, and the stranger more obscure beat and popsike releases from the mid to late 1960s, then this very rare original 1967 'Re Squares' Demo would make a really superb ddition to any serious collection.

I always print my name and address on the back of all parcels i send, so the chances of a item going missing are pretty much nil. I cannot take responsibility for any non-insured items that may be unfortunate to go missing or get damaged in the post. The recorded post option is always there, it may cost a few extra pounds for international buyers, but it is definitely worth it for the extra piece of mind.
