FROM MY OWN SHELVES IS THIS SUPERB RELEASE FROM 1974. ORIGINALLY RELEASED IN 1971 ON THE UPSETTER LABEL WITH A DIFFERENT 'B' SIDE THIS IS THE FIRST 4 PRONG CENTRE TROJAN RELEASE WITH A DUB VERSION ON THE FLIP. TROJAN LATER RE-RELEASED THE SINGLE AS A SOLID CENTRE TWO YEARS LATER IN 1976.

FABULOUS REGGAE SINGLE from my own collection. Super REGGAE from BOB MARLEY & THE WAILERS 'MR BROWN' / 'MR BROWN VERSION' was released on the UK TROJAN LABEL IN 1974 AND PLAYGRADES (SIDE'A') AT A STUNNING QUALITY EXCELLENT PLUS PLUS (EX++).
THIS 1974 FIRST TROJAN PRESSING RARELY SURFACES ESPECIALLY WITH INTACT PUSH OUT CENTRE ON EBAY. MUCH RARER THAN THE 1976 SOLID CENTRE RELEASE
This 4 PRONG INTACT 1974 VERSION virtually never comes up for sale on Ebay in anything other than battered condition. Please do not compare with poor quality (eg Very Good graded) or the later solid centre offerings. You will not be disappointed in the quality of this copy.
The 'A' side has survived with only MINIMAL surface scuffing (not affecting sound). On the 'B' side there is a tiny hint of static due to some scuffs but you will struggle to hear this during the track.

The LABELS are Near Mint (except one minute mark on side 'B' which was there when I bought this) and have NO Stickers or Tears (see pics for exact condition).
IT IS SUPPLIED IN ITS EXCELLENT GRADED ORIGINAL TROJAN COMPANY SLEEVE AND A HEAVY POLY SLEEVE FOR PROTECTION.
