Description :
REIN SANCTION - self titled LP pressed in 1989 on W'SUP RECORDS. Pressed on BLACK vinyl. Only 100 copies were pressed. The record LOOKS to be in VG+ shape and the sleeve LOOKS to be in VG shape due to wear and 2 scars on the back. One is about 2 inches or slightly longer and the other is a small one, the size of a pea. Comes with 2 inserts for promotion. This was the record that got Sub Pop to look at the band. Some of these songs eventually made it onto Broc's Cabin, the bands 2nd release. This was a truly amazing band. You have 3 people making incredible noise. Mark's hand would almost disappear when playing guitar. He was only 20 when this came out. Brannon would watch Mark the whole time while playing the drums and still never miss. Brannon was 17 or 18 at the time. Ian was this amazing bass player who played it like a guitar. I think Ian was 19. At the time of this release, the guys had been a band for 6 years already. These guys were so young and had so much talent, but just never achieved commercial success. Try and find this record, you won't. Most copies went to radio stations who never played it and threw it in the trash. When the band stayed with me, Mark told me they didn't even have a copy.

The record is graded VISUALLY. I AM TRYING TO DESCRIBE THE ITEM TO THE BEST DESCRIPTION AS POSSIBLE TO BE TRUE AND CORRECT. I REALIZE THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT VIEW GRADING OF A RECORD DIFFERENTLY AND AT TIMES MAY DISAGREE. IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUE, PLEASE EMAIL ME SO WE CAN WORK IT OUT BEFORE SENDING ANY FEEDBACK. I am selling all my records and will list as many as I can starting with the LP's and then moving over to the 7" singles. I have many records to go through as well as test pressings and eventually posters. I have been collecting records for over 20 years now, mostly hardcore, punk, indie, noise, industrial and rock with the occasional experimental, hip hop, or country record which will all be listed with in the next few months. I have always kept the records in a mylar (plastic) sleeve, stored them standing up and never laid flat unless they were on the turntable being played. Now it is time for someone else to own them.
