Live Broadcast Concerts from 1957-8.Berlioz.Benvenuto Cellini.Vaughn Williams.Fantasia on a Theme by Thomas Tallis.(**Solo cello Janos Starker**)Schoenberg.Transfigured Night.Wagner.Rienzi Ov.Schumann.Sym #2...Amazing orch and one of the greatest of all conductors...also amazing these broadcast concerts were not broadcast in Chicago...only in New York.Reiner lived in Connecticut when not in Chicago and cut a private deal with his neighbor who owned a radio station in New York ...
