Description

A piece of REM history. Promotional EP release of REM’s first record “Chronic Town” complete with original IRS inner sleeve. High quality pressing, has been play tested.

Gold promo stamp on bottom right of rear cover. Gargoyle label. Vinyl is VG+ with some fine surface abrasions that do no affect play. Inner sleeve is white paper I.R.S. Records branded. Looks great but does have a small split forming on bottom seam and a small spot of discoloration. Cover has some rubbing concentrating on the edges and spine.
