Description

R.E.M. - Chronic Town [IRS 70502] LP 

Vinyl - NM. Visually it looks mint but it is not sealed so I give it NM. No scuffs or scratches. I see nothing on the surface of both sides.

Cover - VG++. Edges EX but there is some ring wear at top front and back. Thus the VG++

Inner sleeve appears to be original.

Visually graded. I scrutinize the LP surface under bright light.

All of my records are shipped in record mailer boxes. The vinyls are always packed separate from the covers in their own sleeve, between two cardboard spacers to ensure proper and safe delivery. 

I am selling off my collection of LPs of the last 40+ years. I am not a professional LP vendor. However, I try to grade as accurately as possible. If I have misrepresented the grading and if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me and I will work with you to make it right.
