Description

Original 1988 UK 1st Press copy of REM - Eponymous which includes massive hits The One I Love, Radio Free Europe and The End Of The World As We Know It. Released on the IRS label MIRG 1038, it really packs a punch!
The record has been ultrasonically cleaned in our amazing Degritter and the vinyl has come up spotlessly clean and glossy with a small mark on Side 1 Track 1 that does not affect playback. Clean labels and spindle holes - Graded EX
Playtest reveals a punchy, bold and forward sound with excellent bass and detail - a really engaging listen. The vinyl plays through beautifully with no jumping or sticking - some isolated low noise/crackle in a few places but nothing that spoils the enjoyment of this wonderful album.
The outer sleeve is really clean, crisp & sturdy with very little wear to corners, spine & edges. Minimal creasing and one corner slightly bent. No writing, splits, stains, tears or tape.
Original printed inner sleeve is present & in great condition. We have popped the record into a new poly lined inner sleeve to keep it pristine after cleaning - you will receive both.
An excellent copy in great playable condition, fully cleaned & tested, ready to pop straight onto your turntable & play very loud!
We have taken lots of photos in good natural daylight so you can see exactly what you are buying. Please take a moment to look at the photos as they form part of the description.
**The vinyl will be sent separated out from the sleeve to avoid transit splits**
