LP REM - Monster. First Pressing 245740-1 Ax/B Nr Mint Condition. Warner Bros 245740 ORIGINAL first pressing, super rare.
The record is in Nr Mint Condition. Minimal spindle marks, hardly played. The Sleeve is in Excellent+ Condition minimal edge/sleeve wear/marks/foxing. NO edge splits. Spine is crisp and clearly readable. The Inner Picture Sleeve is in Nr Mint Condition.  The record is graded visually. Please see pictures for sleeve condition. A super example, the best on eBay right now?
