Description
From 1983, Murmur, the first album by one of America's best-ever bands, R.E.M. I've always though this band seems to have come out fully formed. They lacked for nothing from the very first cut. They sound just as good on this record as they would five or seven years later. They also wrote the rules for great alternative music.
This record is in terrific, near mint condition. As was my habit, I would copy my LPs to tape on first or second play and then put the album away to protect it and keep it sounding best. It has not scuffs, smudges, scratches or rough patches. It has been in cool, dry, smoke-free storage for 40 years.
The cover is not as good but still Very Good + by my evaluation. The inner sleeve is original, no splits. Looks great too.
