Description

This is a beautiful item for all fans of REM. I collected them seriously in the late 80s/early 90s and NEVER saw this! I had one sided sterling sound studios (NY) test pressings to "rockville" 7" and SSS "chronic town" acetates but i never heard of this:-
a double sided 7" cut on 10" acetate disc for "So. Central Rain" b/w "King of The Road" dated 2-22-84. b side has handwritten timing, and engineers / cutters instructions handwritten on top left hand corner of sleeve. please have absolutely NO doubts about the authenticity of this, i have several legit Sterling Sound Acetates, mainly US pressings of some factory label releases and all are like this in feel / label design etc etc.... And let me add that these blow out the water these very iffy african/zimbabwean acetates that reach hundreds, REM being one of the bands that have appeared on them of late (check completed listings on here!)
Gorgeous total one off item that i feel is at a wonderful price, especially given that i will post by well packed insure mail anywhere in the world FREE.
