WORLD ARTISTS STEREO LP WAS-3006
One of the most sought-after LPs in the highly collectible girl group genre—in its mind-alteringly rare STEREO edition! Four of its tracks remain un-reissued, and its great stereo sound comes through brilliantly on this impeccably clean and crisp original.
CONDITION:
JACKET: Stunning cover has no ringwear or rubwear. Vibrant colors really pop on the front cover. All corners intact; two are lightly stubbed. Top and bottom seams smooth and intact. Spine intact; all text complete and legible.
Back panel has some expected age discoloration, plus one small diagonal ding to lower left corner. All text complete and legible.
Cover rates an impressive EX-.
DISC: In its original inner sleeve, which time has rendered brittle and replacable, this shimmering disc plays very well, as you can grok in the following two sound samples. The first one I believe I recorded too "hot," but it's too late to correct it.. (Each gives you segments of two songs from each side of the disc.)
Labels are smooth and clean; vinyl has a couple of smudges in run-off grooves, but its surface is lovely. Give this a quick clean and you’ll have a pristine version of this rare stereo LP!
