Description
Up for auction is a very nice original copy of The Replacements album "Pleased To Meet Me" originally released in the U.S. on Sire Records (1-25557) in 1987.
-Guaranteed original First Pressing, not reissue
-First pressing "1-1" etched in run-out matrix
-DMM mastering etched in run-out
-Original inner sleeve w/ liner notes
-Original opened factory shrink wrap
-Vinyl comes in audiophile poly-lined sleeve
Condition:
The cover, still in opened shrink wrap, is beautifully preserved with no significant signs of wear or age. Beautiful back and front. Hard to upgrade. Grade: Near Mint (NM).
The vinyl is also in super nice condition, still retains its original high gloss shine and luster. Both sides look near mint, but under strong light, a couple very faint, superficial hairlines can be seen, which do not in any way affect the quality of the playback quality, which is excellent. Labels are clean, no marks around spindle holes, indicating little previous play. Look like this record has been played maybe once or twice at most, handled very carefully. Very clean! Grade: Excellent Plus (EX).
