Absolute treasury/time capsule of British educational classroom aids. Some unaccompanied poetry, some songs with instrumental accompaniment. Some gorgeous, if slightly spooky, children's choral singing.
Condition: Vinyl:
VISUALLY - VERY GOOD these records look unplayed, or at least unplayed for 40 odd years; there is a light patina on some areas but this does not appear to be from playing or general use.
SONICALLY - EXCELLENT the playback throughout is stunningly crisp and clear. There is nothing to show much handling at all - there is no way that these were ever used in school classrooms as intended.
No distortion, very few aubible pops and crackles.
LABELS - NEAR MINT - CLEAN, NO MARKS, NO ISSUES.
Sleeve:
THE FRONT & REAR LAMINATED SLEEVES ARE IN NEAR MINT CONDITION. ANY MINOR ISSUES - INCLUDING VERY FAINT CREASES nad the LIGHTEST LAMINATE LIFT - ARE JUST SLIGHT AND VARY FROM ONE LP TO ANOTHER (i.e. some have no laminate lift)
ORIGINAL INNERSLEEVE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.
