Grateful Dead drummer Mickey Hart, Phil Lesh, Airto Moreria and others recorded these sessions for Frances Ford Coppola's use in Apocalypse Now. They have been issued in a number of different forms but this is the rarest (and best sounding); released by the audophile label Wilson Audio. Sounds incredible on a good system.
