COMMENTS: This is an authentic 17" x 25" 2X PLATINUM RIAA CERTIFIED SALES AWARD to commemorate the sale of two million records sold and presented to "Believe In Music" (Michigan retail stores).  The RIAA certification release date was 3/16/1994.  It has a plexiglass front.  It has a black frame with a saw tooth hanger.  It is double matted with black over blue.  The backing is a thin black cardboard.  This award is fully intact with minimal signs of handling.  Please see photos and description for grading details.
