This is a VERY RARE ORIGINAL UK PUNK PRESS PACK for the band THE RICH KIDS from 1978, ORIGINAL UK PRESS PACK + PHOTOS in amazing condition !!!
THE RICH KIDS of course were formed by ex- SEX PISTOLS bass player / song writter - GLEN MATLOCK and also insluded pre- ULTRAVOX - MIDGE URE in the line up !!!
This PRESS PACK was sent by EMI RECORDS in 1978 after signing the band and before releasing the band's debut album.
The pack includes:
1) 8 PAGE PRESS RELEASE STAPLED BOOKLET with photos and band information, this is in VG++ condition (only because the previous owner had it in a folder and punched 2 holes into it, but that is why the item was kept in such great condition !!!).
2) PROMO 8" by 10" black and white band photo in EX+/EX++ condition.
3) PROMO 5" by 6 1/2" EMI black and white BAND PHOTO postcard, in EX+ condition.
4) PROMO 4" BY 6" PROMO EMI POSTCARD with band photo on one side and advertising the forthcoming release of the debut album on the other side, in EX+ condition.
Not many PRESS PACKS from that period have survived, so don't miss your chance to own a TRUE ORIGINAL 1978 UK PUNK PRESS PACK for THE RICH KIDS.
THIS WILL BE POSTED IN A CARDBOARD 12" MAILER with added cardboard sheets for protection !!!
