Condition Vinyl: EX (a few very minor hairline scuffs/marks but nothing major at all. Very nice condition, but not quite M-); the label has some bubbling, but this seems to be a common issue with the other few copies that have surfaced to date. See picture
Condition Sleeve: VG+ (the sleeve is in nice condition overall, but has some imperfections - there's some clear tape on the opening of sleeve; someone's name is written on the sleeve on the backside, and there's a small tear on the credit section on the backside plus there's a very small barely visible stain. Everything is glued on. Please keep in mind that this homemade sleeve is very fragile the way it was made. Considering it's age, it has survived pretty well. Comment: This is a masterpiece of Dreamy Psych Folk! To my knowledge, this is only the third ORIGINAL copy being offered on eBay. Even the reissue from 1998 (375 copies) is already sold out! This record is nearly impossible to find let alone in this condition!
